1990

geschreven door Rick DeVito

Rick DeVito speelt '1990' al tijdens de 2 Meter Sessie in januari 1991. Het nummer verschijnt echter pas in 1994 op het album 'Tribute To The Live Style' en als single. De albumversie duurt 5'31 en single-edit 3'50.

You say you're not satisfied
with the things you do now
You wanna get to the top,
but there's no-on to tell you how
So you dream and dream
and start believin' in some old fairytale
You're still waitin' for that prince on a white horse
to take you away
Take you away.

1990's what you got
1990's what you got for us in store

You don't want to be a part of this ratrace
You wanna live your own life
But this world won't give you any space
I know it's hard to face the future
So you start living from day to day
You get nervous in a crowd
You get nervous when they shout
But still you're hangin' out
Still you're hangin' out in the

1990's what you got
1990's what you got for us in store

You get nervous in a crowd
You get nervous when they shout
But still you're hangin' out

Still you're hangin' out in the

1990's what you got
1990's what you got
1990's what you got for us in store
